Pallardó was born in Alaquàs, Horta Oest, Valencian Community. Playing a similar role to David Albelda as a holding midfielder, he was promoted from Valencia CF's youth academy in 2006–07, and played in 10 La Liga matches during the season, after having appeared once in 2004–05 (which was his first division debut, on 15 May 2005, playing ten minutes in a 2–2 draw at RCD Espanyol). He spent the entire 2005–06 with the club's reserves.
In July 2007, Pallardó was loaned for the season's duration to Madrid side Getafe CF, playing in 14 league matches during that campaign. In August 2008, already owned by Getafe, he was loaned to freshly relegated to division two Levante UD for 2008–09, thus returning to the Valencia community.[1]
After a successful season, a further season-long loan was agreed,[2] and Pallardó was an even more important first-team member (35 matches played, 2662 minutes), as the club returned to the top division after a two-year absence.
He was again regularly used in 2010–11, and Levante finally maintained its division status. In June 2011, Pallardó finally cut ties with Getafe and signed a permanent deal, for €200.000.
Pallardó was first called into the Spain U21 team in 2007, playing twice during that year. He also represented the nation at two other youth levels.
